The Rapture

The Rapture. Emmy-nominee Mimi Rogers (“Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery,” “Lost in Space”) is riveting as a Los Angeles telephone operator who tires of mate-swapping and turns to a religious sect for spiritual guidance. Director/Writer Michael Tolkins (“The Player,” “Deep Impact”) bold approach to religious themes makes this tragic drama both a demanding and unforgettable experience. It's an amazing, disturbing story of squandered life, rebirth, and tested faith. Also starring Emmy-nominee David Duchovny (“House of D,” TVs “The X Files”).
