EXPIRATION DATE EXTENSION - FDA New Shelf-life Extension

The FDA has granted Flowflex an expiration date extension and the new expiration date may be longer than what is on the box and kit contents. To check the new expiration date, please reference the table below by Lot Number. The Lot Number is located on the sticker on the kit box, to the left or on top of the Expiration Date.

Future shelf-life date extensions will be communicated as appropriate.

Easy to use instructions


Step 1 Swab Firmly rub the swab in circular motion around the inside of the nostril 5 times. Take approximately 15 seconds to collect your specimen. Be sure to collect any nasal drainage that may be present onto the swap. Repeat this in the other nostril. Remove the swab from the nostril and immediately place into the extraction buffer tube.	Step 2 Swirl Immediately place the swab into the tube and swirl for 30 seconds. Rotate the swab 5 times while squeezing the tube Remove the swab while squeezing the tube. Attach the dropper tip firmly on the tube and mix thoroughly.	Step 3 Drop Gently squeeze the tube and dispense 4 drops of solution into the Sample marked "S" and not the well "C" and "T"	Step 4 See Results Set the timer for 15 minutes. Result should be read at 15 minutes and not at 30 minutes. Both the control line (C) and the test line (T) appears. This means that the SARS-CoV-2 antigen was detected.
